$36.75/hr - $42.00/hr HVAC Engineer licensed in the City of White Plains - $ 42.00 per hour. Unlicensed rate-$ 36.75 per hour
Responsibilities: Operates and maintains Physical Plant, which includes the supply of water, steam, vacuum, high pressure air, air conditioning, heat, ventilation and power to buildings. Handles maintenance repairs.
Requirements: Graduate of trade school or 2 years’ experience on boilers and HVAC equipment or adequate experience and training as determined by the Director of Engineering. Must be able to respond under pressure in emergencies.
Must be able to work varied shifts on weekday and weekends as needed.
Candidate is required to obtain the City of White Plains Refrigerator Operator's license within 1 year of employment.

This is a perdiem job opportunity. The rate of pay is contingent upon whether the candidate is licensed in the City of White Plains.
