We're hiring a
part-time bilingual Administrative Assistant
to support a top-producing Loan Officer. This is a behind-the-scenes but high-impact role where your attention to detail, reliability, and communication skills will help drive our success.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support: •Provide day-to-day support to the Loan Officer and assist with client coordination •Manage schedules, follow-ups, task tracking, and documentation •Organize and maintain client files, CRM records, and internal databases •Assist with loan documentation and prep as needed •Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English to gather information or relay updates
Light Marketing & Social Media Support: •Help create and post social media content (bilingual preferred) •Assist with simple designs for flyers or marketing materials •Support with email campaigns, online updates, and event promotion
Qualifications
• Bilingual - fluent in Spanish and English
(spoken and written) • 2+ years of experience
in an administrative assistant or office support role •Must be
highly organized, reliable, and responsible •Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and small details •Social media savvy-comfortable using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc. •Experience in
mortgage or real estate
is a
plus , but not required •Comfortable with Google Workspace, email, and basic CRM systems •Available
on-site
at least
15-25 hours per week
