Morning Shift Crew Member
Our team is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are interested in joining us! Hours Available: Weekend availability a plus! 5am-1pm, 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 10am-6pm 2pm-6pm, 2pm-7pm, 2pm-8pm Responsibilities Include: Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation and food safety Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Handling guest concerns in a professional manner Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow speed of service standards Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods Key Competencies Comply with all brand and franchisee policies Willingness to learn and adapt to change Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality Demonstrates consistent punctuality and conduct Remains honest and a positive attitude Understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Standing on feet Multitasking in a fast-paced environment Lifting objects including boxes, ice and product up to 50lbs Location: 227 Winthrop Street, Rehoboth MA Dunkin' - 308375 227 Winthrop St, Rehoboth, MA, 02769
