Senior People Business Partner .
This role offers a fast-paced environment with high growth, ideal for a business partner with extensive HR functional knowledge who enjoys balancing strategic interactions with transactional details. You will collaborate with leaders, influence organizational strategy, build talent pipelines, and foster an inclusive team culture. What you’d be doing:
Assess organizational development needs and support organizational effectiveness, design, talent assessment, and change management
Drive workforce talent strategies aligned with business priorities, including succession planning with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Support business transformation projects from a people/organizational strategy perspective
Build relationships with leaders to offer strategic HR guidance
Create plans supporting people strategies and operational strengths
Interpret financial and operational data to deliver effective people processes
Use data analytics to generate insights and strategic plans
Mentor and coach the People Business Partner team
Support DE&I initiatives to foster a fair organizational culture
Advise leaders on HR policies, employment law, and compliance issues
Manage leadership development initiatives
Assist with HR administrative tasks and system updates
We’re looking for someone who has:
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience, especially supporting tech or software organizations
Relevant HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred
Experience with leadership development tools (e.g., StrengthsFinder, Insights)
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Strong business acumen and a continuous learning mindset
Solution-oriented approach with strong deliverables
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR platforms
Ability to leverage metrics for decision-making
