Skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler
to join a leading aerospace manufacturing team in Archbald, PA. This is a full-time opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with strong soldering skills and hands-on experience building high-reliability electronic and mechanical assemblies.
Position Overview: In this role, you'll perform a wide range of tasks supporting the production of precision electro-mechanical systems. Responsibilities include assembling and wiring subassemblies, performing advanced soldering, and working with circuit boards, cables, and harnesses. You'll follow diagrams, schematics, and production documentation to build components for critical aerospace applications.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble electro-mechanical products such as circuit cards, harnesses, panels, drawers, and subassemblies Perform detailed soldering on micro and subminiature components Wire complex assemblies and terminate cables and connectors Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, drawings, and operation sheets Use specialized tools and equipment such as: Laser wire strippers Coax wire processing equipment
Support both repetitive and custom production work as required Ensure quality standards are met in all assembled products
Required Qualifications: Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, and harness fabrication Strong hand skills and attention to fine detail Ability to work from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics Familiarity with industry tools and manufacturing equipment U.S. Citizenship required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications: IPC certification (e.g., IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001) Experience working in a defense or aerospace manufacturing environment Familiarity with clean room or ESD-safe practices
