Cash Management
Manage treasury activities including cash management, short-term investments, trade settlement, banking relationships, debt compliance, working capital, and market monitoring. Develop and implement cash management strategies. Manage financial risks related to treasury operations. Create financial models to forecast cash/liquidity positions. Improve department and organizational performance through best practices. Capital Management
Develop financing strategies with CFO and Assistant Treasurer. Analyze and recommend capital structure options. Support debt and equity financing transactions. Monitor credit ratings and analyze alternative financing structures. Risk Management
Partner with Safety and manage insurance-related risks. Oversee claims reporting and metrics. Analyze data to inform insurance strategies. Retirement Plan Investment Management
Support investment and liquidity management for pension plans. Credit Management
Evaluate large customer creditworthiness. Advise on trade relations and credit assessments. Financial Analysis
Oversee valuation and peer analyses. Develop financial targets and models. Prepare investor relations materials and support M&A activities. Who You Are...
BS/BA in relevant field; MBA, CFA, CPA preferred. 10+ years in finance, treasury, or investment roles. Strong modeling, analytical, and communication skills. High initiative and professionalism. Where You’ll Be Working
