We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join a growing mid-size law firm based in Texas. As an Insurance Defense Attorney, you are responsible for handling a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters. RESPONSIBILITIES: Representing clients in insurance defense litigation, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, professional liability, transportation, premises liability cases. Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Performing discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production. Evaluating case facts and evidence to develop effective defense strategies. Negotiating settlements and participating in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Collaborating with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel to resolve cases efficiently REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the state bar and licensed to practice law in Texas. 6+ years experience practicing as an Insurance Defense Attorney. Strong litigation skills, with experience handling all stages of litigation. Deep knowledge of insurance defense law and procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. WHY JOIN?
