Compensation & Growth Opportunity: Total compensation ranges from $150,000 - $300,000+, combined salary and fee sharing—creating real potential to double or even triple base salary for ambitious, results-driven attorneys. For the right candidate, Kovar Law Group will also tailor marketing initiatives to attract cases that align with your professional interests and expertise.
