This individual will serve as the Product Owner and project manager for loyalty initiatives, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables that enhance customer engagement and deliver business value. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle, including idea generation, evaluation, requirements gathering, UX/UI collaboration, development, rollout, and performance measurement. Manage timelines, resources, and communications for loyalty and co-brand initiatives in partnership with internal and external teams. Develop and execute acquisition strategies, coordinate program updates, offers, training, and issue resolution. Define and oversee testing plans for new functionality to ensure alignment with business needs and technical design. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, CRM, design, engineering, content, and revenue teams to deliver seamless, effective product experiences. Conduct research and business case development for new loyalty features, program enhancements, and operational efficiencies. Stay informed on loyalty industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
