Were searching for an elite Salesforce Developer (35+ years) ready to blend deep Salesforce expertise (Apex, LWC, Flows, Reporting & Analytics) with the latest AI breakthroughs (Einstein, Agentforce, frontier models). You'll rapidly deliver scalable enhancements, integrate complex systems with urgency and precision, and drive our long-term tech strategy. What You'll Do: Build robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Builder. Seamlessly integrate managed packages (CTI, SMS) into advanced custom workflows. Push the envelope with AI integrations leveraging Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, RAG models, and external AI services. Rapidly create powerful integrations across cloud services (AWS, Lambda) and low/no-code tools (Zapier, n8n). Lead technical architecture discussions, define Salesforce best practices, and mentor your teammatesshoulder-to-shoulder collaboration is key here. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Platform Developer II or Architect preferred). Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder). Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (AWS, REST/SOAP APIs, Lambda). Familiarity with managed Salesforce packages (Accounting, CTI/SMS products). Comfort with no/low-code platforms (Zapier, n8n). Extreme ownership mindset: proactively identify opportunities, close gaps, and drive collaborative solutions with external vendors. AI-forward attitude: passionate about getting your hands dirty with cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions. Specific experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or CRM predictive analytics platforms (Tableau, etc.). Active engagement with AI frameworks or tools, personal projects, or demonstrable innovation through your own GitHub, website, or portfolio. Real estate tech enthusiasm or previous experience in investment and wholesaling operations. We offer a
