We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient endocrinology practice. The ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in managing diabetes and endocrine disorders and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our Central Oregon community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and manage treatment plans for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, and hormonal imbalances. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care. Educate patients on disease management and preventive health strategies.

Required Qualifications & Abilities

Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Required 1 year of experience as a licensed PA or NP Preferred 1-2 years experience in Endocrinology and/or Diabetes care and/or Internal Medicine. Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices Excellent oral and written communication skills Respect for patient's confidentiality Compassionate and approachable Responsible and trustworthy Attend work regularly and on time
