Other ancillary duties may be assigned. o Technical Solution Lead for CRM Platform. o Ownership of all technical aspects of a Salesforce Enterprise Service Cloud implementation, including custom code, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products. o Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote a best of breed culture. o Ability to research solutions, assess options, and formulate proposals for ways to solve requests from business partners. o Manages and recommends changes to integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies. o In collaboration with other team members, provide a vision for the CRM platform and identify gaps in business processes that could be addressed with Salesforce solutions. o Identify skills and roles needed for technical projects and participate in vendor selection and/or hiring of team members for Technical and Solution Architecture. o Directly accountable for the conversion of product requirements into an architecture and design that will become the blueprint for the solution being created. o Lead conceptual and technical solution design for assigned features, ensuring they meet business requirements and comply with architectural standards. o Responsible for aligning business process and automation requirements with Salesforce capabilities, including data models, integrations, role hierarchy, sharing, and security. o Develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Configuration and Customization - APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, etc. o Perform hands-on configuration and development as needed, and resolve technical issues. Supervisory Responsibilities: o Coach and mentor less-experienced analysts and lead highly complex systems projects. Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or similar. 10 years of Salesforce Development & Design experience. 2 years of Developing System Architecture Documents. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Salesforce Architect Domain Certifications. Required Skills or Abilities: Effective communication across all organizational levels, including technical and non-technical audiences. Framework architecture and design. Development methodologies and project management. Vendor interaction and contract negotiation skills. Conflict resolution, prototyping, and technical requirements translation. Proficiency in Lightning Platform, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Force.com, Visual Force, and integrations (REST, SOAP). Quick learner, team player, adaptable to rapid growth and evolution. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, triggers, reporting, and deployment tools like Salesforce DX, ANT, Jenkins, SVN. Experience with Marketing Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, Heroku, Einstein Analytics.
