In this role, you will coordinate medical services and care in a residential program supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs.As an LVN, you will be responsible for the overall medical needs of assigned individuals, including assessments, treatments, and follow-through on all health-related concerns.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate medical care in a residential settingPerform nursing duties including health assessments and medication administrationSupport individuals with behavioral and developmental needsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality careQualifications:Valid California LVN licenseMust be 18 years of age or olderValid driver's license requiredExperience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues preferredSNF experience preferredExperience administering medications, including via G-Tube and GJ Tube, and providing tube feedingsAbout Us:We are a non-profit organization providing developmental, behavioral health, and education services.
