Territory Sales Manager - Stormwater & Drainage Solutions
Location: Arizona (Remote with Regional Travel)
An established leader in the stormwater management space is seeking a
Territory Sales Manager
to oversee project-driven sales throughout Arizona. This is a highly visible role focused on building relationships with civil engineers, municipalities, and contractors involved in site development and drainage infrastructure. Ideal for professionals with a background in technical sales, civil construction products, or engineering support.
Key Responsibilities: Drive specifications and project opportunities with civil engineering firms, public agencies, and sitework contractors Conduct in-person presentations, design meetings, and job site visits to influence product selection and ensure proper installation Track projects from early design through construction to maximize revenue and regional market share Coordinate with internal teams on estimating, technical submittals, and client support Maintain an active CRM pipeline and meet monthly activity targets
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or project management within civil infrastructure or site development Familiarity with stormwater products, drainage systems, or precast structures is strongly preferred Proven success in a project-facing sales environment with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Self-starter who enjoys working in the field and managing their own territory Based in Arizona with the ability to travel regionally as needed
