Our golden rule: “The customer is the most important person in all our stores.” Job Purpose: The Store Analyst / Bookkeeper serves as a key point of contact for store locations and District Managers, providing support on all matters related to store-level paperwork and financial documentation. Each analyst is assigned to 2–4 districts (approximately 20–25 stores) and is responsible for auditing, verifying, and resolving issues related to daily operational paperwork and financial variances. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Auditing all store paperwork, including: Cash variance analysis Lottery variance research Performing weekly reconciliation of all payment types, including: Third-party delivery services (e.g., DoorDash) • Investigating discrepancies and ensuring resolution in a timely manner • Communicating consistently with upper management and the operations team to report variances and critical findings • Acting as a support resource for store teams regarding documentation procedures and accuracy Qualifications Education: • Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required Experience: • 1–2 years of related experience in bookkeeping, auditing, or accounting is preferred Key Requirements • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Proficient in basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes • Excellent organizational and communication skills Schedule • Competitive salary commensurate with experience. • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurances, ESOP, 401K with match, paid time off, and paid holidays. • Opportunities for career advancement and professional development within a growing company. • Employee discounts for food and fuel.
