About the Role Were seeking a full stack engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. What Youll Do: Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our Chat and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines. Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans. Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems. Enterprise Customers: partner directly and launch AI products for some of the worlds most recognizable companiesreaching millions of users. Who You Are / Must-Haves: Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at successful startups. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills. Prior Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on engineering experience. Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 40 in the United States. Backend Skills: Strong background in Python (Django experience is a plus). Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN. Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud. Scalability: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a big plus. AI Applications: Prior experience designing and building AI-powered apps is a strong plus.
