We are seeking a Senior HR Services & Immigration Partner to deliver exceptional employee support and ensure operational excellence across HR services. You will serve as a key resource for employee inquiries, manage the HR ticketing system, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role is ideal for a service-oriented HR professional with strong U.S. immigration knowledge and a passion for people-focused solutions. Responsibilities:
Employee Experience & HR Service Delivery:
Act as a primary HR contact, ensure support quality, resolve inquiries, oversee ticket triage and escalation. Immigration Program Support:
Support U.S. immigration processes, ensure compliance, and assist employee understanding of immigration pathways. HR Process Optimization & Projects:
Contribute to HR initiatives, support policy development, and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflows. Stakeholder & Systems Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams, leverage HR systems like Workday, and maintain data privacy standards. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of experience in HR Services or Operations Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes Experience with HR ticketing systems (e.g., HappyFox, ServiceNow) Proficient in HRIS platforms; Workday experience preferred Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities Experience working with global teams and handling sensitive information What We Offer:
