HBITS-06-14100 Daily tasks will include: MUMPS/Cache' programming Attending and participating in meetings related to projects and tasks impacting the Tracking and Billing System (TABS) Gathering, documenting, and implementing technical requirements for the analysis and design of new MUMPS/Cache solutions to support OPWDD's strategic vision Supporting existing interfaces and developing new technology to interface between TABS and other internal and external data systems Software Architect Makes high-level design choices and sets technical standards, including coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions for large-scale software systems. Expert 84+ months: Can guide large teams and has extensive industry experience, considered a top expert in the field. 84 months programming experience using MUMPS in a healthcare environment 24 months experience with WSDL in SOAP applications for Cache web services 24 months experience with MUMPS (excluding post-relational Cache objects) 24 months experience collaborating with Project Managers on technical guidance for new technologies and methodologies in project implementation 24 months experience with healthcare data exchange standards such as HIPAA Transactions, HL7, NIEM 24 months experience with Cache' or IRIS for Health (version 2018 or later) for software development
