We’re recruiting for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) in the transformation and enhancement of their shared services organization. WHS provides a wide range of enterprise shared services to DoD headquarters, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and DoD components. Their goal is to deliver an exceptional customer experience with greater performance and lower costs, enabling DoD agencies to fulfill their missions. The individual will work with senior level personnel across the organization and as part of a larger team to support WHS in the transformation to an enhanced shared services organizational model based on best practices. Our team will support WHS in driving enhanced accountability, efficiency, transparency and trust, performance improvement, and customer experience. The Management Analyst will provide expertise in the planning and execution of communications for the WHS change management initiative. The role requires an organized, thoughtful change agent with excellent collaboration skills and writing skills. Our team is looking for someone who enjoys high visibility projects and a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust communications plan that serves diverse audiences, including DoD leadership, employees, and customers. Integrate transformation communications with the overarching change management plan. Coordinate with team members,customers,and stakeholders to ensure plans, messaging, materials,and milestones are comprehensive and accurate. Adjust plans and communications to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Develop communications materials, including but not limited to briefings, templates, and videos. Examples of communications may include townhall talking points, FAQs, briefing for DoD leadership, action memos, roadmaps and milestone charts, and best practices one-pagers. Facilitate interviews, listening sessions, and workshops with various stakeholder groups. Support collaborative efforts across change management task areas, including but not limited to risk mitigation, data transition, and organizational change. Supporting across task areas in the form of providing review of materials, taking notes, and advising on strategy is part of our collaborative culture. Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate possesses experience in the development and execution of communication strategies. Specifically, the candidate is familiar with and has experience with the following technical knowledge, skills, and abilities: Knowledge and experience in the development and execution of communication plans. Experience developing communications materials such as talking points, infographics, and media clips. Ability to facilitate working sessions and promote collaboration. Experience creating actionable deliverables. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong writing skills are a must have. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrated bias for action and innovation. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently, work under pressure, and adapt quickly in a changing environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience and Education: This position requires three years of relevant professional experience. Experience working in or directly for the DoD is preferred.This position requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Experience may be substituted for education qualifications. Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
