Our Celebration Specialist are an essential part of creating the ultimate customer service experience. To succeed in this position employees should possess exceptional customer service skills, a "can do" mindset, highly detail oriented and ability to work closely with a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follows our Customer Care Standards as follows:
Creates a warm and welcoming environment Enlists support as needed. Listens carefully to guests and asks questions to clarify and gather additional information. Engages in a fun and natural exchange of ideas with guests. Is authentic and fully present with guests. Responds happily to any questions. Anticipates guests needs and makes helpful suggestions. Exceeds our guests' expectations, one guest, one celebration at a time
Packs fresh orders to go. Makes drink orders. Takes and scoops ice cream orders. Takes cake orders. Operates the cash register. Deals with cash transactions. Answers phones using good phone etiquette. Keeps work area tidy and organized. Keeps dining area and outside seating clean and keeps condiments clean and stocked. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous customer service experience strongly preferred Ability to be detail oriented, multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate in English Ability to perform the essential functions listed above PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
