We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of implementing security initiatives. This role will focus on improving the organization's cybersecurity posture by executing security projects such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), data encryption, and disaster recovery planning. The position is a long-term, full-time contract with a hybrid work environment (35-hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Key Responsibilities: Continuously enhance the organizations cybersecurity maturity in alignment with associated risks, budget, and resources. Implement planned security projects defined by the IT Department, including Cisco Umbrella, MFA, data backup encryption, and more. Identify and address security gaps, proposing a long-term security roadmap for future initiatives. Conduct routine vulnerability testing, tabletop exercises, and data backup validation on systems. Ensure the renewal of security certificates for all applications. Provide support for cybersecurity-related tasks such as questionnaires, surveys, insurance forms, and resolving security help desk issues. Monitor the performance and security health of systems, networks, and software applications, ensuring environments remain secure. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity projects as outlined by the IT Department. Make recommendations for improving systems and network configurations to enhance security. Collaborate with corporate, business, vendor, and technical resources to create a positive working environment. Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (Advanced degree is a plus). 4-6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network, and systems administration roles. Proven experience in successfully implementing security-related projects such as MFA and data encryption. Strong knowledge of network security, including authentication, access control, firewall rules/configurations, and data encryption. Proficiency with Cisco security devices (firewalls, VPN, Duo) and Active Directory management. Experience in managing DNS and SSL certificates. Experience with configuring virtualized environments (e.g., VMware). Familiarity with Incident Management, Change and Release Management, and Problem Management processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear and concise documentation to leadership. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in collaborative team settings. Desired Qualifications:

Cybersecurity certifications or relevant training. Strong background in Network and Systems Administration.
