to spearhead the development of go-to-market strategies for key product innovations and drive brand success. As a

Brand Marketing Lead , you will focus on creating content briefs, planning and executing campaigns, engaging cross-functional teams, and analyzing post-launch performance. Your expertise in project management and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with our consumers and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning Prepare, manage, and distribute the consumer marketing calendar, partnering closely with global marketing & US sales leads to ensure effective communication. Utilize data and consumer insights to inform campaign plans for new product innovations and hero product franchises. Brief campaigns to cross-functional teams across creative/content, consumer engagement, visual merchandising, and trade marketing, ensuring that timelines are met and local-market customizations are minimized. Campaign Execution Lead brief development for cross-functional teams on key launches. Ensure department brand plans align with campaign goals and brand positioning. Own the cross-functional post-mortem process of all campaigns to ensure learnings inform future initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

a plus 3+ years of experience at a brand/product manager level Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Experience working with national retail accounts is

highly favorable Knowledge of the beauty and skincare industry

is a plus Key Qualities: Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to thrive in a test/learn, fail-fast environment Strong project management, organizational, and detail-oriented execution with excellence Strategic, analytical, and creative/progressive thinker Strong team player and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Competitive base salary range: $65,000 to $75,000; exact base salary determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. Eligible for participation in the discretionary company bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
