We are looking for a customer loyalty specialist to join our dynamic team in Lehi, UT. This opportunity requires a highly driven, motivated professional with a passion for customer service and problem solving. The ideal candidate is a team player, extremely detailed oriented, can build and maintain customer relationships, and is able to communicate efficiently. The right professional will be able to work on their own and have excellent problem-solving skills. This role will be heavily focused on resolving delinquent customer balances and finding payment solutions that will benefit both the customer and SafeStreets.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through various communication methods, including email, inbound and outbound phone calls to resolve customer's issues, complaints, delinquent balances, and/or cancel requests. They will represent the company with a high standard of professionalism and make it their priority to positively impact Customer Experience. Work with multiple customers to find unique solutions, bringing the customer to 100% satisfaction with the company, and resolving any outstanding balances, issues or concerns. Build and maintain a positive customer relationship in every interaction - manage all customer issues and escalations within the outlined scope. Required Skills:
Passion for providing quality customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail Accurately log and forward information and track results Self-motivated while also able to perform in a team environment Demonstrate flexibility and respond positively to change Quickly Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus Must be able to pass a background check What We Offer:
