Want to push digital boundaries? Start here! About the Role: The Investment Banking Experience Design team seeks a Product Designer to shape the user experience of our flagship products. This role blends creative vision, leadership, and user-centered design principles. Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand business goals and user needs, informing design decisions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ideate, validate, and implement designs in a fast-paced environment. Convert ideation outputs into mid/high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes swiftly. Follow the firm's design system while innovating within guidelines. Create clear UX copy that enhances user experience across platforms. Stay updated on UX trends and best practices. Requirements: 2-4 years of product design experience, preferably in enterprise software or financial services. A portfolio demonstrating solving complex design problems with a keen eye for typography, layout, and design principles. Proficiency in Figma, especially auto layout and component creation. Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge and complex workflows. Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and align with teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Self-motivated, innovative, and eager to learn and improve. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools and methods for measuring UX success, using data to inform design. Passion for metrics and analytics to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
