Our great client has an immediate opening for a Application Virtualization Engineer (MSIX). Customer is looking for assistance with software to be ported both to an MSIX package, and to operate properly on a Multi-user OS. Server administration and support. Plan for growth in the areas of user base and hardware needs. Monitor and benchmark performance and utilization of all Servers. Support server-based technologies such as Windows, VMWare, Unix/Linux, and Citrix. Application administration and support. Utilize tools such as Configuration Manager and Endpoint Manger to deploy new applications and upgrades. Support and enhance other application virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VMWare VApps and MSIX. Database administration and support. Trend growth and performance of all databases. Correct database integrity issues. Monitor and log DB server performance. Implement and test Point-In-Time recoverability. Be proficient with SQL utilities such as Profiler and Trace utilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
