About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Charleston. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions. Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned roles (sourcing → offer).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative channels.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, and culture fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, IT, or corporate functions is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.).
- A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Salary Range
The pay rate is $40‑$45 per hour. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
