We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by sourcing and attracting top‑tier talent for leadership, management, and corporate roles. This individual will also oversee and guide a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring, ensuring alignment with company goals and a high‑quality candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Proactively source, headhunt, and engage candidates for leadership, technical, and corporate roles across the company.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high‑quality talent.
Conduct thorough resume reviews, screens, and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and corporate‑cultural fit.
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters focused on volume hiring across a variety of functions.
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, align recruiting strategies with organizational goals, and provide guidance on effective interviewing techniques.
Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate and complete records in the ATS.
What You Bring To The Role
Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, with a strong background in sourcing and headhunting top talent.
Experience utilizing and maintaining an ATS.
Prior leadership or team management experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
Organization and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Highly motivated self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 a year, commensurate with education and experience.
