Responsibilities Source, engage and hire candidates directly from the community. Attend local events, job fairs, collaborate with local organizations and educational institutions. Build relationships with potential candidates through grassroots recruitment. Conduct thorough interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition Department marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials and promote our employer brand within the community. Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all candidates, guiding them through the hiring process with transparency and support. Track recruitment activities, analyze effectiveness, and provide insights to optimize community recruitment strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2‑4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or community outreach. Proven ability to source and engage candidates in a variety of settings, including in‑person and online. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people. Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in the field. Familiarity with local labor markets and community resources. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
