At Altais, we support one another, adapt quickly, and work with integrity as we build a better experience for physicians and their patients.The AMG Clinic Provider and Management Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and other healthcare professionals to support the organization’s clinical workforce needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers, physician leaders, and operational teams to develop sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role will also coordinate with Senior Clinic Leadership in the need identification, recruitment, and placement of Clinic Management positions.The Recruiter will be fully responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, managing the entire candidate experience from first contact through onboarding, and will partner with Talent Acquisition during the handoff for offer negotiation and finalization.**This position is a hybrid opportunity in California, and you must be able to travel up to 50% of the time between NorCal and SoCal.*** Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for providers, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support (approximately 75% time allocation).* Partner with department leaders and physician executives to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.* Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialists through proactive outreach, networking, cold calling, database mining, and attendance at industry events.* Build and sustain strong relationships with residency and fellowship programs, physician associations, and professional networks to support ongoing recruitment efforts.* Coordinate candidate site visits, including scheduling interviews, preparing itineraries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive candidate experience.* Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to deliver a high-touch and timely experience.* Manage hiring and onboarding process from interview through start date, coordinating with Clinic Operations Leadership, P&E, IT, provider credentialing and enrollment, and other departments to ensure providers are fully onboarded and prepared to deliver clinical care to patients upon start date.* Track and report on recruitment metrics, market trends, and candidate pipelines to inform leadership of progress and identify opportunities for process improvements.* Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies related to recruitment and hiring practices.* Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and recruitment events to promote the employer brand and attract top talent.* Coordinate with Senior AMG Clinic Leadership in the need assessment and recruitment of non-clinical manager positions (approximately 25% time allocation).* Support special projects and workforce planning initiatives as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr
