Basic Information Technical Recruiter – 100% onsite full‑time, Mid‑Senior level in Human Resources and Engineering. Base pay range : $100,000 – $150,000 per year. Responsibilities Sourcing Talent : Leverage LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and creative methods to identify passive and active candidates for hard‑to‑fill technical roles. Candidate Screening : Conduct in‑depth screenings and technical assessments, ensuring candidates meet job‑specific qualifications and cultural fit. Candidate Management : Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaboration : Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights into the technical talent landscape and aligning on role requirements, hiring strategies, and interview feedback. Talent Mapping & Market Insights : Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and market intelligence to inform hiring strategies proactively. Process Improvement : Continuously refine recruiting processes through automation, data‑driven decision making, and innovative sourcing tools. Diverse Talent Engagement : Drive efforts to attract a diverse and inclusive talent pool. Basic Requirements Experience : Minimum 2+ years of full‑cycle technical recruiting for engineering and operations roles. Client Engagement : Proven track record of partnering with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality talent. Technical Acumen : Ability to assess technical skills for complex engineering roles and ensure alignment with job requirements. Candidate Experience : Commitment to a positive and seamless recruitment experience. Self‑Sufficiency : Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Onsite Availability : Role is 100% onsite; remote or hybrid is not an option. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of non‑traditional recruiting methods (cold calling, networking events, customized sourcing campaigns). Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Success in building talent pipelines for niche technical roles. Experience working in fast‑paced environments.
