Document and manage customer interactions to facilitate continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of service excellence. Engage in regular training to deepen your knowledge of services and products offered by the airline. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. A genuine passion for customer service and high-end hospitality. Experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
