Job description Technical/Functional Skills Preferably need ACI RTPS product experience, if not any working experience with payments platform can be considered. Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience Required 8+ years of Business Analysis,5+ years of finance industry,3+ years of Payments Platform experience. Experience with all phases of the SDLC. Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders? groups. Gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents. Data mapping skills, Gap/Comparative analysis, Report analysis. Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously. Roles & Responsibilities The candidate will work on enhancements for various applications for our monthly software releases and brand-new applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and prioritize business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development. Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementation. Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed changes or enhancements. Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions. Document and maintain detailed records of requirements, specifications, and project progress.
