Job Title Salesforce Senior Solutions Architect

Job Description As a Salesforce Senior Solutions Architect with Crowe, you will serve as a leader for our clients and project teams, confidently engaging executives and stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into innovative, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will provide trusted guidance on industry and Salesforce best practices, mentor delivery teams, enforce architectural governance, and deliver high‑impact solutions that blend strategic vision with hands‑on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑sales discovery, documenting business, functional, and technical requirements to generate a solution estimate and Scope of Work.

Work with Practice Directors to resource sold scopes of work.

Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to capture business needs, define requirements and business processes.

Create detailed solution designs that accurately reflect business requirements, technical solution, and overall project plan.

Ensure all solution designs follow leading principles and practices and that work estimates are accurate.

Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with the Practice Director, Solution Architect, Project Manager, and delivery team.

Facilitate project introductions, kick‑off meetings and weekly client status meetings while managing the project timeline.

Provide technical QA of completed work to ensure compliance with build standards and recommended practices.

Design and deliver end‑user training for clientele as needed.

Engage with clients to continue new projects and develop a clear roadmap for future initiatives.

Assume joint responsibility for end‑to‑end project success with the Project Manager and delivery team.

Experience & Requirements

Demonstrated competency and experience with all Salesforce core products.

Multiple Salesforce certifications and a minimum of 5‑plus years’ experience on the Salesforce platform.

Experience planning and leading strategy/design workshops for complex engagements.

Experience managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience leading enterprise strategic projects from end to end.

Business/operations/technical consulting experience with senior leaders from SMB to Enterprise.

Self‑starter, detail‑oriented, enthusiastic, and able to work independently or as part of a team; leadership experience is highly desired.

Strong, dynamic written and verbal communication skills with ability to work cross‑functionally.

Daily time‑logging for client and project reporting.

Positive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, innovative environment.

Minimum 20 % travel required.

Candidates located outside Crowe office locations are welcome.

Salesforce specializations beyond the core platform are a plus.

Remuneration The wage range for this role is $109,400.00 – $218,100.00 per year. The disclosed range is a reasonable estimate and is not adjusted for geographic differential.
