What this job involves As a VP, Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results. You will inspire and lead a dynamic team of project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

What your day-to-day will look like

Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship and support for professional growth.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with client goals.

Develop and implement innovative project management strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging cross‑functional teams locally and globally.

Foster inclusivity and belonging, supporting wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with business development to drive growth.

Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross‑selling meetings.

Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and execute projects across all PDS platform elements.

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

10+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects in the commercial real estate industry.

Proven leadership of high‑performing teams with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, driving process improvements.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.

Excellent client management skills, building and maintaining long‑term relationships.

Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, focusing on innovative solutions.

Preferred qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA, project management).

Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, Six Sigma.

Experience working in a global organization with multicultural and cross‑functional teams.

Knowledge of industry‑leading project management software and technologies.

Experience in business development and securing new project opportunities.

Ability to travel as needed.
