As a General Manager, you’ll have ownership of a single Jack’s store and everything in it. This includes sales, profitability, staffing, training, customer service, operations, and more! Day-to-day, you’ll lead your team to consistently meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards, provide smiling, friendly service to guests, ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals, manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards, hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team, help prepare and serve delicious southern foods, and create a fun work environment where everyone feels supported, respected, and valued.
