Job Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of M&A and partnership strategies aligned with the system's strategic goals
Conduct financial modeling, valuation analyses, and market assessments for potential transactions
Manage due diligence processes across multiple functional areas, including clinical and legal
Coordinate and track transactions through the entire deal flow process, from initial approach to post-transaction integration
Maintain documentation and dashboards tracking pipeline opportunities, project status, and key metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics
4-6 years of experience in business development, investment banking, or related finance experience with expertise in financial modeling and due diligence
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Strong financial, analytical, project management, and communication skills
Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of La Crosse or Green Bay, WI
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics
2-3 years of understanding of healthcare business models and finances
Experience working with diverse internal stakeholders and external partners
