Responsibilities
Architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce FSL solutions to meet specific business needs, including configuring scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
Leading technical design sessions, providing guidance to development teams, and ensuring best practices in governance, security, and performance optimization.
Developing prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and architecture roadmaps to demonstrate feasibility and value of proposed solutions.
Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce FSL and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Continuously learning and staying updated on latest Salesforce FSL features, capabilities, and best practices.
Working within Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
At least 10+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
Strong Salesforce solution design experience specifically in Salesforce FSL.
Skilled in core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization, declarative and programmatic tooling, and integration with third‑party systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience analyzing new requests, defining non‑functional requirements, and creating solution designs/architectures.
Proven history of approachable, constructive relationships with UX practitioners, internal stakeholders, and customers.
