Associate Veterinarian or Medical Director
We are currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to complete our team at Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic in Johns Creek, Georgia. We are open to consider a Medical Director role for those with previous leadership experience!
For more than 20 years, the team at Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic has provided full‑service veterinary care to companion and exotic animals across the region and has earned a reputation for the exceptional quality and reliability of the medicine they practice. The hospital joined the PetVet Care Centers network in 2015 and is supported by an amazing team of tenured technicians and support staff. Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic is one of about 420+ unique hospitals in PetVet’s network across the continental United States. You will find our teams in many different facets of veterinary medicine – from feline‑only care, to standard small‑animal general practice, to exotics, large animal, and equine specialty/ambulatory care, and ~70 specialty and stand‑alone emergency clinics. What You Can Expect
Generous compensation plans built to fit your needs and reflective of your experience. We offer several different production and straight salary options and are happy to find something that works for you.
As few as 3 shifts per week with full‑time benefits. Part‑time options also available.
Generous CE allowances with additional paid time off.
Complete health, life, and retirement benefits, including company 401(k) contributions.
An active Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree (or ECFVG equivalent) and good standing with the Georgia State Veterinary Board.
Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
1‑2+ years of experience managing a full caseload. Highly preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply for further consideration.
Enthusiasm for providing exceptional veterinary care.
Bonus points for a passion for mentoring.
