Senior Specialist, Affiliate Accountability . The
Senior
Specialist, Affiliate Accountability
leads functions related to
monitoring policy exception requests
and managing HFHI’s internal
good standing infrastructure and communications . This role conducts
data and trend
analysis
on affiliate compliance, including good standing criteria, U.S. policies, and QA Checklist standards. The Senior Specialist serves as an
additional support liaison
to the
U.S. Council Policy Committee
and multiple internal groups focused on affiliate accountability.
This position’s
regulatory assistance and support
directly influence affiliated organizations’
day-to-day operations ,
management practices ,
growth ,
and branding . The role convenes organizational and network leaders to
identify trends and opportunities
for improving current standards.
Key Responsibilities Essential Duties 1. Coordinate Policy Exception & Good Standing Requests (60%)
Act as the primary coordinator for all policy exception and good standing requests.
Manage all policy exceptions and entity requests by coordinating communication with affiliates and HFHI subject matter experts.
Facilitate difficult decisions and manage conflicts related to established standards and guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HFHI departments and follow a structured escalation process for serious matters to support affiliate stability.
Coordinate conversations regarding potential new good standing requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate all good standing communications, including:
Proactive notices when falling out of good standing
Status checks
Override requests
Create and/or maintain internal infrastructure related to good standing components within Salesforce.
Develop and maintain accurate record-keeping mechanisms to track policy exceptions and good standing override activity through CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Smartsheet).
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure good standing data remains current and accurate.
2. Conduct Data & Trend Analysis on Affiliate Compliance (20%)
Conduct data and trend analysis related to affiliate compliance, including good standing criteria, U.S. policies and QA Checklist standards.
Develop and execute routine reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders highlighting network successes and challenges.
Support recurring meetings focused on identifying trends and operational challenges faced by U.S. affiliated organizations.
3. Support Policy Resource Development & Committee Coordination (10%)
Create policy-related resources to support affiliate policy implementation and maintenance.
Provide coordination support for the Policy Committee of the U.S. Council, including monthly meetings and related task force calls.
4. Lead or Support Additional Compliance Projects (10%)
Lead, support, or coordinate other compliance-related initiatives or projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary & Benefits The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $48,030 to $56,500.
