Job Description About the Role As a
Client Services Associate (CSA)
in the
Technical Support
department under the
Customer Service
category, you will serve as a key liaison between the company and its clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the timely resolution of support requests. In this role, you will contribute directly to maintaining client satisfaction and building strong relationships through high-quality service delivery.
Sort incoming mail
Scan and rename mail documents
Create Google folders for client records
Update spreadsheets and maintain accurate data
Prepare and mail out Federal Express packages
Required Skills & Qualifications
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
Working knowledge of common office applications, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
