Maintenance Director needed for Vineyard Hills Health Center Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities
Maintenance and repair of physical structures and utility systems of the facility
Maintenance of outside grounds
Repairs to mechanical equipment
Maintenance of records and logs as part of state regulations
Safety inspections, including checking the operational condition of fire safety and emergency alert systems

Requirements
Strong aptitude in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Good verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in maintenance in a health care facility desired
