Job Description The Director, Corporate Strategy will play a critical role in the development and execution of SCAN’s enterprise-wide strategy and high-impact strategic initiatives. This person will partner closely with senior leadership to drive annual strategic planning, execute strategic projects with business units, enable data-driven decision making, break down complex problems in a highly structured way, and collaborate with the organization at large to initiate implementation of strategic efforts. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to, growth, organizational and operational rigor, and transformation.
You Will
Lead teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and transformation; manage multiple high-priority strategy projects.
Bring a high degree of intellectual rigor and strategy expertise from a top-tier management consulting firm to enable data-driven decision making.
Collaborate closely with and be a trusted thought partner to senior leadership on strategic opportunities.
Manage complex, high-impact strategy projects from conception to completion.
Lead the annual strategy setting and planning process, ensuring alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives are implemented successfully.
Track and manage the performance of strategic initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform SCAN’s strategy.
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier academic institution.
Knowledge of healthcare and/or Medicare Advantage is preferred, but not required.
6‑10 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3‑4 years of management consulting experience, including at least 1+ promotion, with a top-tier management consulting firm required.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred, but not required.
Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Dependable, trustworthy, high standards of integrity.
Corporate strategy – proven experience, honed at a top-tier management consulting firm.
Problem solving & insight – exceptional analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems to generate actionable insight.

What's in it for you?
Base Salary Range: $203,838.00 to $224,227.00 annually.
Work Mode: Mostly Onsite (In the Long Beach, CA office 2 times a week on Tuesday and Wednesday).
