What You'll Do Box is growing fast. The role engages directly with the largest and most complex enterprises in the world, helping them transform how people work together. You will advise customers throughout the transformation, ensuring that Box’s technology meets their business needs.

Fine Print

4+ years in software implementation or consulting

4+ years in SaaS industry

Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining rigorous detail

Excellent multitasking in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments

Experience in customer‑facing presentations with senior leaders

Direct experience with banking and insurance clients translating complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls

Deep understanding of key industry processes such as loan origination, underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, customer onboarding, and regulatory reporting

Proven ability to design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce, nCino, Temenos) to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance

Hands‑on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision‑making

Box is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual base salary (or OTE if commissionable role) is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. United States Pay Range $103,000 – $130,000 USD
