Associate Solicitor (2–5 years PQE)

Regional Dispute Resolution Group , based in Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious solicitor to work within a thriving team, handling a broad range of high-quality disputes.
About the Role
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Manage a varied caseload of
professional negligence and commercial dispute resolution matters , which may include:
Banking and finance litigation
Commercial and contractual disputes
Negligence claims
Shareholder disputes
Defamation
Judicial review
Contentious insolvency
Take responsibility—under supervision—for your own files and fee targets, while also providing assistance to other team members when required.
Work proactively to meet departmental targets, including billing, matter-related time recording, and fees, as set by the Head of Department.
About You
Have 2–5 years post‑qualification experience in dispute resolution (or a closely related area).
Demonstrate strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and sound judgment.
Communicate clearly and professionally, with excellent client‑care skills.
Thrive within a busy team environment and be committed to high standards of service.
