What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
Integrate third‑party interface engines to facilitate data exchange between healthcare systems
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field
Strong proficiency in Go programming language
Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
Proven experience in building and deploying cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with third‑party interface engines and healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
Strong understanding of AWS security best practices, including IAM roles and HIPAA‑compliant architecture
Familiarity with modern software engineering practices
