What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement the regional sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
Manage profitability and growth of products, services, and solutions in the Americas
Build and maintain relationships with senior-level customers and develop strategies for key accounts
Collaborate with cross-border sales teams to enhance resource sharing and knowledge exchange
Monitor sales performance against key metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
University degree in a technical, business management, or product-related field
Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales management or marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in people management
Experience in a matrix sales organization with change management capabilities
Strong understanding of local markets and market drivers
Fluent in business English with high-level intercultural acumen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficient knowledge of major local languages and cultures
Strong internal and external networks within the business segments and industry
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including financial analysis capabilities
Experience in developing and communicating clear strategies for sales teams
