MDs work their own cases with collaborative approach to CRNAs
1055 births / year
7388 cases general ortho urology hearts heads trauma neuro peds OB (100 deliveries a month)
Call 1 to 2 times a week / post call off
Compensation
$250 per hour plus call stipends
