Partners with clients across industries (Life Sciences, MedTech, Health Plans, Hospitality, and more) to envision, create, and deliver impactful digital products and services. We take a full‑stack approach to innovation, build, and growth to create technology‑powered, evidence‑based products that users love and adopt and drive transformative value for our clients and ZS. Our work spans a wide array of digital solution archetypes including digital health products (e.g., patient companion apps, shared decision‑making tools, clinical decision support), Software‑as‑a‑Medical Device (SaMD) (e.g., digital therapeutics, connected devices), custom digital applications (e.g., enterprise platforms, analytics and reporting tools), AI products (e.g., chatbots and agents), and CRM products (configurations and custom applications atop CRM platforms). Position Overview

The Director, Digital Products is a strategic, enterprise‑level leader within the ZS Digital Products team. In this role, you will shape the vision, direction, and growth of digital product capabilities for major clients across healthcare, payers, providers and Life Sciences. You will guide the design, delivery, and optimisation of complex digital products and transformation programs that drive measurable business outcomes. As a senior leader, you will oversee a portfolio of digital product initiatives, lead large cross‑functional teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives. You will also play a critical role in advancing the Product Management function at ZS by shaping methodology, developing talent, driving thought leadership, and supporting business development and practice growth. What You’ll Do

Strategic Product Leadership

Define and own multi‑year product strategy and vision across a portfolio of digital products supporting enterprise client objectives. Translate business, market, and customer insights into long‑term product roadmaps and investment recommendations. Guide clients through strategic discovery and opportunity framing to identify high‑value initiatives. Oversight of Product Portfolio Execution

Provide executive leadership across the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation through scale deployment and continuous improvement. Ensure product roadmaps, architectures, and delivery plans align with clients’ business goals, technical ecosystems, and enterprise strategies. Establish success metrics, drive accountability, and ensure delivery of business impact at scale. Executive Stakeholder Management

Serve as a senior advisor to client executives, influencing decision‑making and product strategy at the enterprise level. Lead executive‑level communications, steering committees, and program governance forums with clear, compelling storytelling. Align cross‑functional teams across business, technology, design, and data to ensure shared ownership of outcomes. Practice Leadership & Talent Development

Mentor, coach, and grow product managers and cross‑functional team members; build a high‑performing product leadership pipeline. Develop and evangelise best‑in‑class product management frameworks, playbooks, and standards across ZS and client organisations. Champion a product culture rooted in customer‑centricity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Thought Leadership & Market Innovation

Lead development of ZS’s point of view on digital product trends, AI‑driven product innovation, and industry transformations. Advise clients on emerging technologies and market dynamics to shape their long‑term digital strategy. Contribute to intellectual capital, industry events, and client impact studies that elevate the ZS brand. Business Growth & Commercial Impact

Partner with senior leaders on business development, including shaping proposals, SOWs, and client pitches. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, grow accounts, and drive revenue through digital product initiatives. Support scaling the Digital Products practice capabilities, team maturity, and offerings. What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 12‑15+ years in product management, digital transformation, or related leadership roles. Demonstrated success leading large‑scale digital product portfolios in a consulting or client‑facing environment. Deep experience in Life Sciences, Payer, or Provider sectors. Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic influencing skills. Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional, global teams in complex, matrixed environments. Experience driving product innovation using data, analytics, automation, and AI.
