Meet the Team Cisco is building an AI‑native management platform that brings together Networking, Security, Observability, Collaboration and more into a single, coherent platform experience. The product team is small, highly motivated, and works across engineering, design, data/AI, customer experience, sales, strategy, and external tech partners. The role involves coordinating with executive sponsors across business units to land cross‑portfolio initiatives at scale.
Your Impact
Lead the product vision and strategy for an AI‑native agent platform purpose‑built for network operations
Define platform capabilities: agent creation workflows; knowledge management; tool integrations; orchestration; evaluation frameworks; and extensibility
Lead AI‑powered experiences: natural‑language interfaces, intelligent recommendations, autonomous workflows, and agent reasoning capabilities
Drive network domain differentiation through Cisco’s network intelligence, portfolio integrations, and enterprise‑grade AI capabilities
Partner with Design to deliver intuitive experiences that scale from simple tasks to complex automation scenarios
Validate with lighthouse customers and partners: set adoption and time‑to‑value targets; instrument the platform for actionable metrics
Build business cases: partner with Finance, Legal, and GTM on pricing/packaging proposals; enable field teams and partners for launch
Run alpha/beta/GA programs: lead backlog and phased delivery across multiple teams; ship value continuously
Enable partner ecosystem: define marketplace models, multi‑tenancy requirements, and partner integration strategies
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in product management (or equivalent), including platform or automation products
Validated delivery of AI‑powered product experiences (e.g., intelligent assistants, recommendations, or automation)
Proficiency with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, agent systems, knowledge management) and cloud architectures (multi‑tenant SaaS, microservices, APIs, extensibility)
Background in network operations, IT operations, or enterprise automation at scale
Strong partner leadership across engineering, design, CX, sales, partners, and executive forums
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agent platforms, orchestration systems, or workflow automation tools
Understanding of partner ecosystems, multi‑tenancy, and marketplace models
Comfortable defining critical metrics and running evidence‑based roadmaps
Excellent narrative and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for executive and customer audiences
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary range: $152,400.00 to $221,800.00 (U.S. and/or Canada)
