Job Description
We are only open for Atlanta and Chicago location
Minimum 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM plus Powerplatform CoE experience with strong technical and client facing skills Technical Skills
Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementSales Service Must and knowledge other Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite of products
Experience setting up Powerplatform CoE and citizen Developer
Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment
Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture SOA environment with good technical expertise in middleware tools preferably Mulesoft
Dynamics 365 in Online OnPremise implementations and environments and prior versions
Providing highly available scalable Dynamics 365 architecture
Hands on experience in CNet Java Script MS SQL MS CRM SDK MSD developer toolkit SSRS
Subject matter knowledge in integration architecture and the ability to map integration pattern to functional usage
Experience in MS CRM 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools APIsREST ODATA WebAPIs SSIS packages
Experience in using Azure services for integrationAzure Functions Service Bus etc PCF controls Power Apps and Power Automate for upstreamdownstream systems integrations.
Experience in data migration data analysis data mappings data harmonization using OOB and third party tools preferable expereince in Azure Data Factory.
Experienced in reporting architecture with SSRS and knowledge on Power BI
Good to have knowledge in latest features of Dynamics 365 platform Sales Insights Customer Service Insights Customer Voice etc
Experience in effective management of cloud platform resources and good understanding on security models and connectivity CRM systems
Technical expertise in set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools
Exposure in driving information management strategy design and deployment on cloud platforms preferably on Web Services global infrastructure and services.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $135,549 to $176,139 /annum.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
